Robert J. Will Explores Implications in Attorney-Client Privilege Case in the Electronic Edition of ABA Litigation News

In the November 1, 2018 electronic edition of Litigation News, Lewis Rice member Robert J. Will explored some of the implications in Regents of Univ. of California v. Affymetrix, Inc. The case called into question whether attorney-client privileged communications that are disclosed to third parties are no longer privileged.
