Robert J. Will Consulted for American Bar Association Data Breach Article

Lewis Rice member and cochair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation's Pretrial Practice and Discovery Committee Robert J. Will was quoted in a Litigation News article, "Data Breach Ruling Potentially Narrows Scope of Privilege and Work-Product Assertions," in its Spring 2018 edition. Bob advised that despite differing opinions on the outcomes of various data breach cases, businesses should be proactive in developing plans in the case of a data breach, and consult counsel immediately once a breach is suspected.
