Matthew J. Haas Elected Fellow in the American Bar Foundation
May 7, 2025Lewis Rice member and Insurance Practice Group Leader Matthew J. Haas was elected Fellow in the American Bar Foundation (ABF) this spring. The ABF is an honorary organization of lawyers, judges, and legal scholars whose careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession. Fellows are nominated by their peers and selected based on their outstanding leadership and contributions to the legal profession.

Matt serves as Practice Group Leader for the Insurance practice group. He is an experienced litigator primarily representing clients in complex commercial disputes, employment matters, insurance coverage disputes, and FINRA securities litigation. With the client’s interest always top of mind, Matt provides strategic and practical counsel to his clients to ensure the most beneficial outcome possible.
