Lewis Rice Names Three New Members
February 1, 2013Lewis Rice is pleased to announce that Mark R. Sowers, Samuel A. Yoffie, and R. Bradley Ziegler have been named members of the Firm in the St. Louis office.
Mark represents clients in intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation. He frequently advises clients regarding all areas of intellectual property including trademarks, copyright, and patents.
With a concentration in banking, securities, real estate, and general corporate and transactional law matters, Sam represents his clients in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, regulatory compliance matters, and contract negotiation and drafting.
Brad primarily represents clients involved in litigation regarding securities, employment, admiralty, and commercial matters.
