Lewis Rice Names Three New Members

Lewis Rice is pleased to announce that it has named three new members of the St. Louis office. Jill McFarland practices in the Corporate Department, and Michael Jente and Patrick Thornton practice in the Litigation Department. Join us in congratulating the newest members of our Firm.

Michael L. Jente has significant experience in commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Roger L. Wollman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and as a law clerk to the Honorable David D. Noce of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

H. Jill McFarland is a corporate attorney with a practice primarily focused on health care and employee benefits matters. She has extensive experience with regulatory and compliance issues in the health care industry and a background in managed care contracting.

Patrick J. Thornton practices primarily in the areas of construction and environmental law, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation. He prosecutes and defends matters involving insurance coverage disputes, mechanic's liens, breaches of contract, and numerous tort theories.
