Lewis Rice Honored with Inaugural Kujichagulia Diversity Impact Award

Lewis Rice has been selected as the inaugural recipient of the Kujichagulia Diversity Impact Award by the Saint Louis University School of Law Black Law Students Association (SLU BLSA). This honor recognizes the firm’s commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating opportunities for Black law students and attorneys.

Through support of BLSA’s mission, Lewis Rice has helped expand opportunities, provide resources, and strengthen the foundation for future Black legal professionals. The firm will be recognized in April at the SLU BLSA Judicial Reception for its leadership and dedication to fostering an inclusive legal community.

“It is inspiring to see organizations like SLU BLSA tackling the serious challenges that impact us all in this critical space,” said Ronald A. Norwood, Lewis Rice member and Chair of the firm’s DEI Committee. “We are honored to be recognized and look forward to continuing this important work together.”

Lewis Rice has always been, and will continue to be, a firm that values diversity.
