Bobby J. Taylor is a member practicing tax and business transactional law in the Corporate and Tax Departments of the Kansas City office of Lewis Rice. Bobby focuses his practice in the areas of business law, corporate law, and taxation issues. He assists clients with business formation, choice of entity decisions, contracts, tax planning, succession planning, and general corporate needs.
