Lewis Rice Attorneys Named to the Top 100 POWER List 2024 by Missouri Lawyers Media
December 13, 2024Missouri Lawyers Media selected Lewis Rice members Pamela E. Barker, John C. Bodnar and David W. Gearhart to the Top 100 POWER List for 2024. The POWER List is a regular feature examining the most powerful attorneys in their respective practice areas. At the end of the year, Missouri Lawyers Media reviewed each attorney named to a POWER List and selected the top 100 attorneys in Missouri and bordering metro areas.

Pam was named to Missouri Lawyers Media's POWER List in Environmental and Energy Law. She serves as a Practice Group Leader for the Environmental Compliance practice group. She is a national leader of the bar in environmental law, and she is the past Chair of the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy and Resources. Additionally, Pam is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, she serves in the House of Delegates for the ABA, and she is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). Her practice focuses on assisting clients with the environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions, and with regulatory compliance.
John was named to Missouri Lawyers Media's POWER List in Mergers & Acquisitions. He serves as Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Department. John represents public and private companies located throughout the country in varied industries in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.
David was named to Missouri Lawyers Media's POWER List in Immigration Law. David is the lead attorney of the Firm's Immigration Practice Group. He provides guidance to businesses and individuals on immigration-related matters, including temporary/permanent work visas; permanent residence based on family relationships; citizenship; J-1 visa waivers; securing student and visitor visas, maintenance of status issues, and U.S. entry issues.
