Jeremy P. Brummond Named to Missouri’s 2024 POWER List in Construction Law
December 16, 2024Lewis Rice member Jeremy P. Brummond was named to Missouri Lawyers Media's POWER List in Construction Law for 2024 for the second consecutive year. The POWER List is a regular feature examining the most powerful attorneys in construction law. Selections were made based on attorney interviews and records of verdicts and settlements. The list includes attorneys who represent a spectrum of clients, including general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and property owners with issues ranging from construction project defects to contract negotiations.

Jeremy P. Brummond serves as Practice Group Leader for the Construction Law practice group in the Litigation Department. Although his focus is on design and construction, Jeremy represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters. Clients include property owners, design professionals, general contractors, specialty contractors, equipment suppliers, and material suppliers. Jeremy counsels these clients in contract negotiation and drafting, and he frequently represents these clients in litigation including cases involving claimed construction and design defects, delay and lost productivity, and mechanic's lien and payment bond claims.
