Jeremy P. Brummond Elected to Governing Committee of ABA Forum on Construction Law

Lewis Rice member Jeremy P. Brummond was elected to the Governing Committee of the ABA Forum on Construction Law at the Forum’s annual meeting in New Orleans on April 11, 2024. Jeremy will serve on the Governing Committee for a three (3) year term, commencing in the Fall of 2024.

The Forum is one of the largest associations of construction lawyers and other industry professionals in the United States. Founded in 1976, the Forum’s mission is to serve the construction industry through education and leadership while "Building the Best Construction Lawyers." Jeremy previously served as Chair of Division 9 of the Forum (Subcontractors and Suppliers). 

Jeremy practices in the Litigation Department of Lewis Rice. As Practice Group Leader of the Firm's Construction Law Practice Group, his clients include property owners, design professionals, general contractors, specialty contractors, equipment suppliers, and material suppliers. He counsels these clients in contract negotiation and drafting, and he frequently represents these clients in litigation including cases involving claimed construction and design defects, delay and lost productivity, and mechanic's lien and payment bond claims.
