Jacob W. Reby Nominated as President Elect of American College of Mortgage Attorneys

Lewis Rice member Jacob W. Reby was nominated as President Elect of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA). Formed in 1974, ACMA represents more than 400 attorneys in North America who are adept in mortgage law. ACMA works to enhance the skills and professional responsibility who practice commercial real estate finance law. Fellowship in the Association is by nomination only, ensuring that Fellows have substantial experience in real estate law and activities such as publications, speaking and teaching presentations, bar association activities, and community involvement.

A dedicated Fellow of ACMA, Jake's practice involves structuring, negotiating, drafting, and closing a wide variety of real estate, corporate, and financing transactions. He represents developers, owners, users, institutions, and lenders, and he serves as outside general counsel to several companies.
