David W. Sweeney Represents Investor for Renovation of Downtown St. Louis Apartments

Lewis Rice member David W. Sweeney represents Real Property Investors Inc. of New York and affiliate Value St. Louis Properties LP in its proposed renovation of Mansion House apartments in downtown St. Louis. The renovation will help modernize this iconic building. Value St. Louis Properties is seeking 10 years of tax abatement as well as sales tax exemption on construction materials.
