David W. Sweeney Represents Green Street Real Estate Ventures in Armory Project

Lewis Rice member David W. Sweeney lobbied on behalf of developer Green Street Real Estate Ventures in its development of the Armory in Midtown St. Louis. The St. Louis Board of Aldermen recently approved with a vote of 24 "aye" votes, one "no" vote, and two present votes to authorize $4.7 million in tax increment financing for the proposed redevelopment of the Armory, a 250,000 square foot building on Market Street near Grand Avenue and Interstate 64. The redevelopment includes an entertainment venue, food hall, and retail space.
