David W. Sweeney Represents Development Team for $77 Million Apartment Project in Bevo Mill

Lewis Rice member David W. Sweeney represents John Clancy and his development team Cornerstone SoGro LLC in the purchase and development of a $77 million apartment project in Bevo Mill, St. Louis. The Planet Fitness franchisee is planning 346 apartments across five buildings located on South Kingshighway Boulevard. According to city permit data, this is one of the biggest projects planned for Bevo Mill in more than a decade.
