Lewis Rice member David W. Sweeney represents Kevin Bryant of Kingsway Development in a plan to redevelop an area known for racial and economic division. The projects, along Delmar Blvd. and worth approximately $84 million, include office and retail space, a performing arts center, and a 156-unit apartment complex. Financing the project relies on a combination of state and federal historic tax credits, Missouri Brownfields tax credits, and federal New Markets Tax Credits, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
