Cara C. Stuckel Re-elected to Missouri Bar Young Lawyers’ Section Council
August 20, 2020Lewis Rice is pleased to share that associate Cara C. Stuckel was re-elected to the Missouri Bar Young Lawyers' Section (YLS) Council on August 20, 2020. YLS members strive to "enhance the professional growth and public service of new and recently admitted Missouri lawyers." The new term will begin following the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Missouri Bar, September 14-16, 2020.

Cara has substantial experience appearing before state and federal courts defending employers and management in personnel-related disputes and other matters. She frequently counsels clients on compliance with federal and state employment and labor-related issues, and on best management and governance practices. Cara also has considerable experience conducting depositions for clients, working on discovery matters, and arguing substantive legal motions in Missouri state courts.
