Brian P. Pezza Quoted in SHRM Articles on Employee Vaccination Status Disclosure and Employer Vaccination Policies

Lewis Rice member Brian P. Pezza was quoted in two recent Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) articles regarding employee vaccinations. In "Who Can Know About Employee Vaccination Status?", Brian explains that who needs to know about vaccination status depends partly on the employer's mask policy. He also weighs in on the legality of a supervisor asking a subordinate about his or her vaccination status, as well as requiring employees to wear a badge indicating their status. "What Should Be in a Vaccination Policy?" discusses items to be included in an employer vaccination policy, when and how to communicate the policy, and which employees should be included in the policy. SHRM is a resource and community for HR professionals to advance HR practices.
