Benjamin A. Lipman Discusses Media Law on FM 88.1 KDHX

Lewis Rice member Benjamin A. Lipman was a guest on FM 88.1 KDHX's Collateral Damage, discussing various topics in media law. Ben focuses his practice on media law, involving all aspects of representing the press. Clients include newspapers, television stations, radio, cable, new media, book and music publishers, musicians, and writers. He also practices as a commercial litigator and a commercial real estate attorney representing clients in St. Louis, the region, and throughout the United States. Additionally, Ben is an adjunct professor of law, teaching media litigation at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
