Andie M. Patton Named Best Attorney by Small Business Monthly

Andie is one of only 32 local attorneys to receive this honor, which is awarded to those who are dedicated to helping small businesses in our community achieve success.

Andie practices in the firm’s Corporate Department and is the Practice Group Leader for the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. She works on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and restructuring, regulatory compliance (primarily in alcohol distribution law), commercial real estate transactions, and corporate and commercial contract issues. Andie also serves as Chair of the Associate Development Committee, and she is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
