Amelia J. Bresette Joins Lewis Rice as Associate

Lewis Rice has welcomed Amelia J. Bresette to the firm as an associate. She is practicing in the Real Estate, Corporate Strategies, and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups.

Focused on real estate law, Amelia advises clients engaged in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development and leasing. She regularly reviews title and survey matters as well as zoning and governmental compliance matters. In her mergers and acquisitions practice, Amelia conducts due diligence reviews, especially those related to real estate diligence, and drafts disclosure schedules, closing and ancillary documents.

Amelia earned her juris doctorate from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2022. As a student Amelia was the senior editor of Washington University Law Review and a legal intern for the Division of Enforcement of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. In this role Amelia conducted legal research on a variety of securities issues; assisted in drafting, editing and revising briefs and motions; and aided with depositions and hearings.
