Aaron L. Pawlitz Presents at American College of Real Estate Lawyers Annual Meeting

Lewis Rice member Aaron L. Pawlitz recently presented at the American College of Real Estate Lawyers' annual meeting in Vancouver, BC. Aaron and two other attorneys presented, "One Byte at a Time: Data Center Leasing" in a roundtable discussion focusing on the legal concerns of such leasing, including lease negotiations and disputes. He has written on this topic before and frequently writes and presents on areas within his practice.

Aaron represents Fortune 500 companies, family-owned businesses, individuals, and nonprofit entities in a wide range of industries, including information technology, health care, life sciences, education, insurance, manufacturing, construction, real estate investment and development, consumer products, and charitable activities.
