Aaron L. Pawlitz Co-Presented on Data Center Leases and Service Level Agreements

On October 9, 2014, Lewis Rice member Aaron L. Pawlitz co-presented a continuing legal education webinar regarding data center leases and service level agreements. Aaron has been working on data center projects for more than five years, assisting not only with drafting the agreements between owners and users, but with litigating disputes arising from data centers and the service level agreements into which the owners and users enter.
