Joseph E. Martineau Publishes Sunshine Law Article in Missouri Municipal Review

Lewis Rice member Joseph E. Martineau published an article in Missouri Municipal Review's July/August issue. The article, "Missouri Sunshine Law: 10 Ways Cities Can Ensure Compliance," offers strategies to employ to ensure conformity with Missouri's Sunshine Law. Missouri Municipal League publishes Missouri Municipal Review and seeks to promote the interest, welfare, and closer relations among Missouri cities, towns, and villages in order to improve municipal government and administration in the state. 

Joe Martineau focuses his practice on media and communications law, with a client list that includes local and national major media representatives. He writes articles and publications in the fields of defamation and invasion of privacy law, the First Amendment, and media law in general. An adjunct professor at Washington University for 20 years, Joe teaches a course on communications law. Furthermore, he frequently appears on panels and conferences dealing with media law issues, and he authored the Missouri Bar CLE Tort Law chapters on Defamation, Invasion of Privacy, and Reputational Damages.
