Michael T. Donovan Commented on St. Louis Post-Dispatch Article on Opportunity Zones

Lewis Rice member Michael T. Donovan offered commentary in a St. Louis Post-Dispatch article regarding investment interest in St. Louis-area Opportunity Zones. Opportunity Zones are designated low-income communities in which investment is encouraged by providing taxpayers the opportunity to defer taxation of capital gains. Many St. Louis neighborhoods are benefiting from this initiative because there are more opportunities here compared to similar cities.
