At the BAMSL Real Estate section's April lunch meeting, Lewis Rice member Mike Donovan will summarize four of the Trump administration tax change proposals which would dramatically effect real estate, Serena Wilson-Griffin will report on efforts by certain states to stop the plethora of lawsuits against both local and national business owners and landlords related to alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Mark Winings will discuss the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN") and talk about e-signatures on private documents and publicly recorded documents such as deeds of trust.
