For more than 30 years, Michael P. Gaughan has provided quality legal services to meet the needs of lenders and businesses. Mike’s practice focuses on protecting the rights of creditors nationwide with an emphasis on the representation of secured creditors, such as commercial lenders, mortgage servicing companies, and businesses.
