Lewis Rice Defends St. Louis County Against Multiple Constitutional Challenges to Stay-at-Home Orders During COVID-19 Public Health Crisis

Lewis Rice members Neal F. Perryman, Michael L. Jente, and Jerina D. Phillips successfully represented St. Louis County in four separate lawsuits involving constitutional and other challenges to the County's stay-at-home orders during the COVID-19 public health crisis. In each case, the County’s public health orders were upheld in their entirety.
