Jeremy P. Brummond Co-Chairs ABA Forum on Construction Law Midwinter Meeting
January 23, 2020Lewis Rice member Jeremy P. Brummond served as Co-chair for the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law Midwinter Meeting held January 23-24, 2020 in Tuscon, Arizona. The meeting explored the role of expanding technology in construction and design, and resultant changes in risk assessment and management.
Jeremy focuses his practice on engineering and construction, representing a range of clients including property owners, engineers, general contractors, and specialty contractors. He counsels clients in contract negotiation and drafting, and he frequently represents such clients in construction-related litigation. Jeremy is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry and a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis's Construction Law Committee.
