Biography

Janet Kalt O'Bannon's practice centers on large and mid-scale commercial and industrial real estate transactions. Her commercial real estate practice focuses on sales, acquisitions, development and/or redevelopment, leasing, and management of real estate interests in shopping centers, multi-use developments, and other commercial properties. Janet also has extensive experience in the analysis, transfer, and management of oil industry real estate interests, historic title analysis, condemnation and easement matters. She works closely with both corporate and individual clients to navigate transaction complexities and achieve optimal results.
