What is the culture like at Lewis Rice?
We do very sophisticated legal work, and our attorneys and staff work hard, but there is a collegiality and collaborative atmosphere that I think is unique to Lewis Rice. Many of our lawyers and staff members have spent their entire careers here at the Firm, and that creates an environment where people really know one another and are willing to go the extra mile for each other. This really creates a deep level of trust.

I am most proud of our ability to offer our clients exceptional service at an incredible value. We hire the most talented lawyers and professional staff members from across the country - and then we train them in a variety of areas, which allows us to remain lean, nimble, and efficient.
What type of growth do you expect from Lewis Rice?
We predict our growth to be steady but moderate. Lewis Rice is proud to have remained stable through the weak economies of recent years, never laying off attorneys or deferring new associate offers. We know who we are, and we know what works. We are very strategic about hiring and have a strong track record of attorney retention.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love spending time with my friends and family, especially my two children. I also enjoy all forms of exercising, particularly anything that takes me outdoors. It is important to me to stay involved in my community, whether by mentoring new lawyers, or by volunteering and serving on the boards of various charitable organizations. Admittedly, I also enjoy binge-watching a TV show or two in my spare time!
