Biography

Ivan Moya represents a diverse range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, corporations of all sizes, and local, regional, and national banks. His practice focuses on assisting lenders with the recovery of secured collateral in both state and bankruptcy courts, as well as providing counsel on foreclosure and title matters. In addition, Ivan advises commercial landlords on leasing and landlord-tenant issues, handling matters such as vendor disputes, tenant evictions, collections, and related litigation. He also represents construction suppliers, managing mechanic’s liens, bond claims, and related litigation.

Outside of work, Ivan enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring hiking trails, and trying new cuisines. He’s an avid supporter of the KC Chiefs, KC Royals, Sporting KC, and KC Current.

Before joining Lewis Rice, Ivan served as an Assistant District Attorney in Wyandotte County, Kansas.
