Biography

Hannah E. Gallagher is an associate practicing in the Litigation Department of Lewis Rice. She represents individuals and companies in a broad range of disputes, including complex commercial litigation and antitrust litigation, in addition to counseling clients on merger clearance matters.

Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Hannah was an associate at Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago, focusing her practice on antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts. She also assisted with counseling clients on both federal and state premerger clearance filings and related investigations.

During law school, Hannah served as a Legal Extern with the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, where she assisted with merger investigations in the technology and media sectors. She also served as Executive Articles Editor for the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy
