Biography

Gregory R. Beekman focuses on real estate, business law, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Greg's knowledge and experience allow him to work with clients in acquisition of commercial and industrial facilities and continuing through the financing and development process. He represents both private and publicly held businesses in a wide range of corporate transactions including asset sales and acquisitions, mergers, debt and equity offerings, and recapitalizations.

Greg's clients include major "big box" retailers, owners and tenants of office and industrial buildings, and national and regional lending institutions. He represents a diverse array of commercial enterprises including an international architecture firm, an international chemical company, a national electrical products wholesaler, and a regional ready-mix concrete company.

A frequent speaker before attorneys and trade groups, Greg addresses topics such as real estate, finance, and structuring business entities.
