David W. Sweeney Represents Developer Seeking Real Estate Incentives for Residential Project in City of St. Louis

Lewis Rice member David W. Sweeney represented developer Green Street St. Louis as it sought real estate incentives for its $73 million plan to build a 268-unit apartment building at 4591 McRee Avenue. The measure was being opposed by the area's alderman but despite the opposition, on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority approved the measure 2-1, allowing Green Street to start construction on the project immediately.
