David W. Sweeney Lobbies for Alterra Worldwide and Its Renovation of Jefferson Arms Building

In a proposed amended agreement introduced on Friday, December 4, 2020, Dallas-based developer Alterra Worldwide would begin the renovation of the historic Jefferson Arms building in downtown St. Louis by June 2022, finishing in 2025. Alterra previously had planned to wrap the project by 2020, but several unforeseen challenges caused the developer to delay. The City has not yet made a decision on the proposed amended agreement. Lewis Rice member David W. Sweeney represents Alterra as the registered lobbyist.
