Ryan C. Furtick Joins Panel for Washington University Tax Law Society
Ryan C. Furtick will be participating on a panel for the Washington University Tax Law Society. He will be joined by local attorneys who practice in tax or tax-adjacent areas. Together, they will share insights with society members about their respective practices and experiences in the field.
Ryan serves as Practice Group Leader for the Taxation practice group. Ryan’s broad based tax practice includes federal income tax planning for individuals, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations, including business and succession planning. He advises individuals and businesses on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. Ryan also represents clients in tax controversy matters with the IRS and other state and local taxing authorities.
