Billee McAuliffe practices in the Firm's Corporate Department, with a particular focus on information technology (IT). In addition to IT law, she has extensive experience throughout corporate law, including technology licensing, cybersecurity and data privacy, mergers and acquisitions, and general business and corporate law. As such, regardless of what type of business utilizes a particular technology, Billee has the background and perspective to understand the needs of that business or business unit and has the experience to interpret the various areas of law implicated by such needs. Utilizing such understanding and experience, Billee addresses the needs of each client and each engagement with a well-rounded, practical, client-centered approach.
