Lucy in the Sky: Is Your Head in the Cloud?

, Anthony J. Colonna, Nicholas D. Siegfried
Swissotel, Chicago, IL

Lewis Rice member Jeremy P. Brummond along with Anthony J. Colonna and Nicholas D. Siegfried will present on drones and wearable technology at the Forum on Construction Law on Thursday, October 6. Click below to register for the event.

Job by job, our projects are heading to the cloud! It’s not enough to be ahead of the curve substantively, but lawyers now need to be tech savvy, as new rules, obligations and responsibilities come into play that affect our relationships with our clients. We will explore the impact of drones and wearable technology, explain how to register your client’s drones with the FAA, and look at what uploading your data to the cloud does to the attorney-client privilege. This plenary will offer a cutting-edge discussion about the latest tools and technology affecting project information, safety, a changing labor force, and how we can be prepared for the project of the future.
