Biography
Evan P. Jefferson is an associate in the Litigation Department of Lewis Rice. Evan’s general litigation practice centers on complex commercial litigation. He also has experience counseling employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws, including wage and hour issues, OSHA compliance, FMLA compliance, ADA compliance, and other personnel-related matters. Additionally, Evan represents commercial landlords in landlord-tenant disputes and routinely represents clients in securities arbitrations brought before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
