As an Associate in the Litigation Department in the Kansas City office, Ethan C. ("EC") Duckworth represents businesses and individuals in a broad array of commercial and civil disputes in state and federal courts. EC is involved in complex litigation matters, performing vital research, drafting memoranda, motions, petitions, demand letters, and more. While in law school at the University of Missouri, he served as an Editor for the Missouri Law Review, where he published an article in the Spring 2016 edition of the journal. The following year, EC was honored with the Guy A. Thompson Award, given to the law review member who contributed the best content to the journal’s website.
