Pamela E. Barker Quoted in Law360 Article on Climate Change Action

Lewis Rice member Pamela E. Barker offered commentary in Law360's article, "ABA Urges Pro Bono Work For Climate Change Action." As the title suggests, the American Bar Association is encouraging its members to get involved with climate change issues through pro bono work aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and by advising clients on the risks and opportunities associated with climate change. Pam explains that the pro bono work doesn't have to involve an environmental lawyer; attorneys in all practice areas can focus their advice on the risks and opportunities associated with the phenomenon.
