David W. Sweeney Tapped for Zoning Work on New Luxury Car Wash in The Hill
October 22, 2018Tidal Wave Luxury Car Wash will open in The Hill neighborhood as early as Spring 2019. Lewis Rice member David W. Sweeney performed the zoning work on the project for Tidal Wave and Sansone Group, which represented Tidal Wave in the deal.

His experience ranges from drafting and overseeing implementation of legislation regarding tax increment financing, community improvement districts, special business districts, transportation development districts, and property tax abatements to representation of governmental entities in a variety of real estate development and finance matters.
