David W. Sweeney Represents Development Team for $77 Million Apartment Project in Bevo Mill

Sweeney represents John Clancy and his development team Cornerstone SoGro LLC in the purchase and development of a $77 million apartment project in Bevo Mill, St. Louis. The Planet Fitness franchisee is planning 346 apartments across five buildings located on South Kingshighway Boulevard. According to city permit data, this is one of the biggest projects planned for Bevo Mill in more than a decade.

David focuses on lobbying, governmental and finance matters; municipal and public law; government affairs; zoning, land use, tax increment financing, community improvement districts, and other development incentives.
