David W. Sweeney Represents Developer in $3.7 Million Renovation in Tower Grove South
July 24, 2018Lewis Rice member David W. Sweeney's client Robert Matlby is planning a $3.7 million renovation of a mixed-use building in Tower Grove South in St. Louis. Matlby plans to redevelop the space into a 20-unit apartment building on Morganford Road.
