David W. Sweeney Quoted on Development Incentive Reform Bill

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch quoted Lewis Rice member David W. Sweeney in its article regarding a St. Louis Board of Aldermen board bill related to policies and procedures in connection with the consideration of real estate development proposals. The bill would add "transparency measures at the city’s economic development agency and a requirement that aldermen disclose conflicts of interest when they file development bills." David was hailed as an “expert in helping developers navigate the city bureaucracy.”
