Drew H. Yaeger Joins the Corporate Department
October 2, 2013The St. Louis office of Lewis Rice is pleased to announce that Drew H. Yaeger has joined the Corporate Department as an associate. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general commercial law and corporate governance. Drew was formerly associated with Thompson Coburn LLP.
Drew represents a broad spectrum of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to mid-market and smaller enterprises, in all types of merger and acquisition transactions, especially in the drafting and negotiation of stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and merger agreements. He has particular experience advising biotech and other privately held tech companies regarding their financing and capitalization. With respect to general corporate matters, Drew advises his clients in regulatory filings, raising capital, compliance, corporate governance, takeover defenses, and shareholder proposals.
