Biography

Christy L. Abbott practices in the areas of commercial real estate and creditors' rights. She represents lenders, developers, retailers, landlords, municipalities, nonprofits, and others in real estate sales and acquisitions, leasing, development, financing, asset sales, and various other transactional matters. Christy also has significant experience in commercial loan workouts, restructurings, liquidations, and foreclosures, particularly situations involving complex real estate components.
