Lewis Rice Attorneys Present at the Boots to Business Reboot Program

The program featured a dedicated legal module where Lewis Rice attorneys provided guidance on legal considerations for entity structuring, formation and taxation in connection with forming a new business. Andie is a leader of Lewis Rice’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice Group, advises clients on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and restructuring and regulatory compliance, with a special focus on transactions in the alcohol distribution space.
Ryan serves as Practice Group Leader for the Taxation practice group. His broad based tax practice includes federal income tax planning for individuals, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations, including business and succession planning. He advises individuals and businesses on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. Ryan also represents clients in tax controversy matters with the IRS and other state and local taxing authorities.
Christian is an Air Force veteran and leader of the Environmental Compliance Practice Group. He provides strategic counsel to clients on the environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions and on regulatory compliance. He also advises businesses on a wide range of corporate matters and on the complexities of federal, state, and local government contracts, leveraging his experience working on diverse legal issues at multiple Air Force bases.
