Biography

Cara C. Stuckel is an associate practicing in the Litigation Department of Lewis Rice. Cara is an experienced litigator with substantial experience before state and federal courts defending employers and management in personnel-related disputes and other matters. She frequently counsels clients on compliance with federal and state employment and labor-related issues, and on best management and governance practices. Cara also has considerable experience conducting depositions for clients, working on discovery matters, and arguing substantive legal motions in Missouri state courts.

Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Cara served as a law clerk for the Honorable E. Richard Webber for the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri. She also worked for two years in the Missouri Attorney General's Office as an Assistant Attorney General in the Litigation Section. During law school, Cara worked as the coordinator of admissions at the University of Missouri School of Law.
