Biography

Bryce A. Wolff is an associate in the Real Estate Department in the Kansas City office of Lewis Rice. Bryce focuses his practice on real estate transactions while serving the comprehensive needs of entrepreneurs and growing businesses.

Bryce handles sophisticated real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. He has experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and managing legal due diligence. He also coordinates the closing of complex transactions while representing a diverse range of clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, developers, and brokers.

Bryce participates in business formation and structuring, contract negotiation, as well as corporate governance matters. His responsibilities include drafting entity of formation documents, purchase and sale agreements, membership interest and stock purchase agreements, and various other critical corporate documents. 

As co-founder of Advoteck, a Kansas City-based software company focused on creating a safer digital world for vulnerable individuals, Bryce understands firsthand the challenges that entrepreneurs and businesses of all types face. His unique perspective enriches his approach to client service, allowing him to provide practical, business-minded counsel.

A Kansas City native, Bryce has always been dedicated to service and leadership. Before joining Lewis Rice, he served four years in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Sergeant before his honorable discharge in 2020. As an Infantry Marine, with roles as a Platoon Sergeant in Golf Company, 2nd Battalion 3rd Marine Regiment and Chief Instructor at the Marine Corps Jungle Warfare Training Center, he developed a strong commitment to discipline, excellence, and integrity—qualities he carries into his every day legal practice.

Bryce and his wife, Payton, live north of the river with their two dogs, Saxon and Alfred, and their cat, Drake.
